Report non-compliance

Under Australian laws to protect the environment, the use of ozone depleting substances (ODS) and synthetic greenhouse gas (SGG) is regulated. The fire protection industry permit scheme system enables businesses and technicians to operate throughout Australia using a licence, authorisation or permit with a set of consistent standards and conditions.

If you would like to report a potential compliance breach against the Ozone Protection and Synthetic Greenhouse Gas Management Act 1989 (the Act), and/or the Ozone Protection and Synthetic Greenhouse Gas Management Regulations 1995, please complete the fire protection industry report form and submit via:
