As the Board’s Field Engagement Program expands to a nationwide approach, so too does our Engagement Team.
Our Field Engagement Team consists of Gareth Anderson, National Field Engagement Team Leader; Bec Ogg and Shaun Duncan, the Board’s Field Engagement Officers; and Kellie McMahon, the Board’s Field Engagement Administrator. Together, they bring a wealth of professional experience across the fire and ozone sectors to the FPIB. The team’s expertise supports the Board’s strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance within the fire protection industry permit scheme.

Gareth Anderson, National Field Engagement, Team Leader: Based in Queensland, Gareth joins the Board with an extensive career in fire protection, with experience at major fire protection organisations including Wormald and FirePro over the past decade.
Rebecca Ogg, Field Engagement Officer: Based in Perth as the Board’s WA Field Engagement representative, Bec joins the team with extensive experience within building regulations and holds an acute awareness of fire safety protocols and legislation.
Shaun Duncan, Field Engagement Officer: Based in Melbourne as the Board’s Victorian Field Engagement representative, Shaun joins the board, having worked within the fire protection industry for the past 5 years as a service technician specialising in all things AS1851 and beyond within the commercial and building space.
Kellie McMahon, Licensing & Field Engagement Administrator: Based in Victoria, Kellie works as the team’s Licensing and Field Engagement administrator.
