To make a complaint, please contact the Fire Protection Industry (ODS & SGG) Board (FPIB) by downloading the Complaint Form 2023 and sending it completed to the team. You can send it either via mail or email, using the contact information below.
This form is to report instances or circumstances in which you are not happy with the operations of the permit scheme. This form will be reviewed by both the Fire Protection Industry Board and the Department of Climate Change, Energy, Environment, and Water (DCCEW). The Board and DCCEW appreciate feedback and will do what is possible to alleviate and/or fix any grievances.
We do our best to resolve complaints within ten working days. If we cannot resolve your complaint within ten working days, you will be kept informed of our progress.
